hahaha didnt expect an update huh?
I was reading through Joshua’s blog and came across a picture of a disgusting toilet bowl!
It makes me dread miri so so much!
If there’s anything about UK that I love, it will be the almost always clean toilets and the super fast internet speed (a whole album finished downloading in 2 minutes mad or not)
You know when you go to Parkson, and u feel like peeing, and then u go to the toilet. And when you’re almost there, say around the lifts, you smell it. The STENCH! Then you walk in, breathing at a minimal rate, and look for the cleanest toilet among the four. You walk in. The toilet bowl has stains from people stepping on in. toilet paper is not avalable, there is no toilet seat, there could be unflushed pee, anything could happen. You pee trying to take minimal time while holding your breath, quickly zip up when ure done and leave.
Sounds like torture, no?
The toilets here are different. Theyrarely smell of ammonia, there’s toilet paper, there are toilet seats (not that I directly sit on it. I line the seat with toilet paper!) and the thing is, the people are so considerate that they flush, and they dont make a mess! They line up before the cubicle, so the first person gets the next free toilet, instead of lining up in front of a cubicle. always sucks when someone arrived later than u getting the toilet first just because she lined up in front of a door that had a faster person behind it.
Screw miri toilets and their disgustingness… especially the kopitiam ones.
Oh, remember a few years back when Miri had a draught and there was no water everywhere?
I really really had to go when I was in Bintang, and there was no water, so the toilets couldnt be flushed. you wouldve thought there would be no one peeing right. hahaha you are damn wrong. there were damn lots of people. But thats not the point. The point was, I was desperate to pee… and after checking every cubicle, I knew I HAD to choose one. They were all filled with shit.
And I peed into a toilet bowl with shit. Ok I am gonna puke now I dont know how I even got the guts to do that. I hate hate hate it when there is even like a black stain of shit somewhere on the toilet bowl. Disgusting!
Internet! And who would NOT love the internet speed?
In addition to the fact that I have resits after the xmas holidays, I am in fact 50/50 about this trip back.
I’m so looking forward to seeing friends and family, but also dreading it because I know that I will play too much and not study!
but dont worry, I’m still going back, no matter what! It may have dirty toilets, but its still home.
We always know why people update. Because they have something important coming up. A test, homework due tomorrow, etc.
Its funny how people usually do things when they’re not supposed to huh.
I just got back from dinner and I felt like updating, even though I have nothing special to update about.
Truth is, I have no idea what to write about!
Tests were fine. some are over, econs tomorrow, bio practical tomorrow, bio test friday, econs test next monday, bio practical next monday, bio practical written next thursday, and econs and bio resits next week..
And I thought I was already halfway through.
haha u know what. screw updating. I got carried away with facebook and I gott to read through my notes. haha till next time.
Its already Sunday – the end of Half term! where did all the time vanish to?
5 more weeks and I’ll be home. Sounds too good to be true! damn. I just counted. Its 6. Oh wells…
I went to manchester and scarborough to visit people. shopped a lil too much (in fact not really, cos I only bought a shirt, and 4 pairs of shoes.) And went to london again yesterday!

Lewis was DAMN lame! He suggested to the waitress that they should call their restaurant ‘Gourmet Burger King’ or ‘Great Burger King’ or ‘Genuine Burger King’. The waitress just nodded and tried to look interested! ahaha… but I still miss Grill’d! Mighty Melbourne yo!
We shared two burgers among three people so they cut it in half for us. I preferred the beef one but Flora said she liked the lamb one more. sigh.. all these lamb people (hint:eve)
And a salad because we are healthy!
Manchester was mainly about eating I guess!! Gained weight!! Yeahhh I can totally hear that thought in your head. “riiight, like she is not fat enough”
Then London yesterday! After lunch Alice and Tracy wanted to go shopping, Oxford Street. But I was broke and I didnt feel like shopping! So I went to Rendezvous for sugarfree cappuccino Ice cream, then I went to watch happy Potter and the Half Blood Prince. yes i am THAT outdated! It was nice I guess…. I dont really ask for much when I watch movies so I cant see why youre frowning in disgust then I said it was ok.
Then I went for forzen Yoghurt! hahaha… talk about eating. Walked around and met up with Alice and Tracy again in Chinatown.
I think I have reached a stage where I am SO sick of complaints! Why do you have to complain about everything? Food too cold, food not nice, too little people, too many people, train too early, ticket too expensive, line too long, shop too crowded, other branch too far, this branch have to wait too long, like seriously EVERYTHING you do you can find a thing to complain about!! Not gonna mention any names, but yeahh!
And I woke up this morning. someone nudged me on MSN. she said “Oh thank god you’re online! Are you there?”
I thought, wow… emergency issit? Then she said,
“pictures”

Enough rants. sometimes I complain too much. but about relevant things, so it makes sense.
